Hi, I’m Gail 👋 I’m a personal trainer and the owner of my own wellness studio in Lichfield, where I’ve spent many years helping clients bring every area of wellness into their lives.
From creating simple meal plans, online classes and tutorials, to developing both weight loss and vegan ready meal packages, to offering Pilates reformer sessions, yoga, rehabilitation, pre and post-natal and menopause support. In my career I have trained highly motivated competitive athletes, conquer mountains, girls who get fit for to start a family and people recovering from all kinds of ops, injuries and sickness. It’s been an incredible journey, people ask why I have stayed in this industry when so many don’t!
It’s because of you the people I train.
— I love it all. My true passion for results is strength training, which I believe increases youthfulness and longevity.
I also run wellness retreats in beautiful Lindos, Rhodes, combining fitness with sunshine and balance.
If I ever think “this will really help my clients,” then I make it happen.
In my downtime, I try to practice what I preach… except maybe the resting part! My mind is always buzzing with new ideas, and that’s my version of rest.
Good belly laughs with family and friends are my therapy, and hugs with my two German Shepherds complete me.

⛳️ Golf isn’t just about your swing—it’s about how your body balances movement.Every time you rotate, hinge, or drive through the ball, your spine and joints are put under load. If you don’t counter-pose your movements (think: restoring balance after rotation), you’re not only leaving power on the table—you’re setting yourself up for wear, tear, and pain over time. 🌀Kate has come for me for spine and pelvic girdle/ posture rehab. Years of playing golf ( which is a lovely sport and I’m not suggesting not to play) without having a ‘counter pose ‘ program has created problems. E.g How to counter pose in Golf : Leaning forwards for the swing ~ stand tall after and stretch upwards and back Constantly in a semi squat position creates tight quads ~ be sure to be stretching out One way swing ~ Mobility to swing the other way! Etc. Are you getting me? Drop a yes into the comments.That’s where specific rehab planning comes in.
