I’m not a big one for new health goals any more, and haven’t been for a long time. Just simple ways of regularly moving my body is more my thing these days (even as a qualified PT). Snowboarding is an addition, but it’s not a health goal - I just wanted to do learn something new. Plus, my left leg is an absolute slave to my right, so hitting equal balance on a board will be enough of a test 😂.
So just another 365 of moving my body in ways I enjoy / can fit in around parenting / don’t involve me feeling unsafe as a woman out running alone … 🙄🫠
