Today, I am at Molineux conducting assessments with learners who are progressing towards the Level 3 Spectator Safety Supervision qualification. This provides them with the opportunity to demonstrate their competence in a live environment.

We’ve just added this specialist choking manikin to our training resources. It’s designed to give learners realistic, hands-on practice in dealing with choking emergencies building the confidence and skills to act fast when it matters most. 👏💪

At FSS Training, we’re always investing in the best tools to make first aid training as effective (and life-saving!) as possible.

We’re excited to share some big news! 🎉

FSS Training is now officially an Approved Centre with Qualifications Network (Centre No. 16135).

This milestone means we can now deliver recognised first aid training and certifications, with a number of qualifications to follow including, Spectator Safety, Security, Health & Safety and Fire Safety.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming Qualifications Network courses more details coming soon!

With our partners at Pilot IMS our latest group has successfully completed their Door Supervisor training, gaining key skills in:

📻 Radio communication
🤝 Conflict management
💪 Physical intervention

They’ve worked hard, supported each other, and come away not only with new skills but also new friendships.

Over the past week, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of training an incredible group from OCS working on the NEC contract. From the very first day, they showed up ready to learn, asking the right questions, listening actively, studying hard, and supporting one another every step of the way.
