Join Yin Yoga at Your Serenity Hub with Nina - Yoga -Healthcoach at Heart of the Country Village in Swinfen, Lichfield on Friday, 6th March at 6.30pm. 🧘‍♀️

Excited to launch my new offering 💫

Once a month il be hosting a Yin Yoga ultimate relaxation session, a chance to reclaim your energy after a busy week. 💫

In Yin we take it slow, we hold each pose with props for up to 5 minutes which allows us to find stillness in the mind, body and soul. 🩷

This allows us to find inner balance and harmony away from screens and pressure from the modern fast paced society. 🤯

We are able to stretch deeper into that muscle tissue and sooth the central nervous system. 💫

Taking place at a gorgeous new venue in the Heart of the Country in Lichfield. 💫

I have a few spaces for this intimate event, so book now to avoid disappointment. 🩷

First one is Friday 6th March at 6.30pm - £12 💫

Get ready for something amazing! Visit the Village from 10–3 on Saturday 21st March for our Spring Artisan Market. Expect local makers, lovingly crafted items, a falconry display, and even a chainsaw art demo! There’ll also be new fairy doors to find in the Fairy Woods.

Free parking and free entry!

Browse the stalls, visit our amazing shops and restaurants, and spend time outdoors in our natural woodland. What a great day out!
