Hello, My name is Jessica Nicolson and I am a qualified MBACP. BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My practice is situated in between Newark and Lincoln. It is within easy reach of Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford and Grantham. I am a member of the BACP and I have completed BACP accredited qualifications. This means that you can be assured that I have been rigorously trained and that I adhere to the BACP ethics, there-fore I am practising safely. I have worked with adults of all ages and children from 11 years upwards. I have worked with a wide range of problems including, anger, depression, low mood, loss of meaning, grief and loss, abuse, childhood issues, troubles with relating, anxiety, panic, inability to feel, creating identity, trauma, suicidal ideation, decision making, OCD, relationship issues, loneliness, terminations, lack of self-worth and much more. From my experience whatever the problem is exploring it in a safe environment with someone else helps.
