💙 Wellbeing Day Update 💙
As part of the Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting staff wellbeing, the Board introduced the Wellbeing day offer in late 2025. Thank you to everyone who has already taken the necessary steps, your engagement is greatly appreciated.
❓To be eligible for the Wellbeing Day, colleagues must complete the following by 31 March 2026:
✔️ Appraisal completed and logged
✔️ Flu vaccination received, or a valid exemption provided
✔️ 95%+ compliance in core learning (Meaning at least 95% of your mandatory and statutory training is up to date)
✔️ Evidence of completing the National Staff Survey submitted
❗️There’s no additional action required from individuals beyond completing these four key elements.
The wellbeing day criteria is there to help us maintain a safe, engaged and well-supported workforce, while recognising the dedication each of you brings to our patients, services, and each other.
