A little more about me… ✨💜🌙🧘🏼♀️
If you’re new here, I wanted to share a bit of my journey and how I arrived where I am today.
I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008, which means I’ve now been in the fitness industry for 18 years. Over the years I’ve taught everything: spin, kettlebells, circuits, HIIT, Hyrox-style training and I’ve absolutely loved working with clients through all stages of their fitness journeys.
Eight years ago, while backpacking around Thailand, I broke my back. It was a life-changing moment that shifted everything for me. During my recovery, I decided to train as a Yoga Instructor, and it completely transformed the way I understood movement, strength, and balance both physically and mentally.
To this day, I still love what I do.
I love working closely with my clients, understanding their goals, supporting their challenges, and watching them not only achieve what they set out to do… but surpass what they thought was possible. Those moments are why I do this job.
I also love working out myself and yes, sometimes you’ll find me training with my clients instead of barking orders from the side. Movement should be enjoyable, empowering, and fun.
Alongside training and yoga, I also offer guidance with nutrition, helping you make informed, sustainable choices without cutting out everything you enjoy.
