Soma Anima Counselling I am an Integrative Counsellor and ADHD mentor with over 20 years’ experience working in the holistic health realm. This is a path I have had to walk myself.

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and Integrative Counsellor with 20 years experience in Mental Health support, Bodywork, Somatic Practices, Shamanism and clinical Aromatherapy. I also offer deep clinical massage and work with a broad, alchemical skillset that includes Somatics, EFT, Breathwork, Aromatherapy, Movement Practices, Dreamwork, Shamanism

, and Creative modalities. I believe true and lasting change happens when the whole self is welcomed and held safely — body, mind, heart, and soul. In our work together, you will be heard and you will be seen. We can explore, process, and integrate both the depths and the heights of your experience, at a pace that feels right, and with room for curiosity, playfulness, and humanity along the way. My integrative practice is rooted in a Person-Centred approach and informed by Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Transpersonal Psychology. I work with adult individuals of all backgrounds and life orientations, supporting people to live more fully, honestly, and whole-heartedly. I offer this work from lived experience as well as professional training, sharing a practice shaped by many years of exploration, challenge, healing, and embodied learning.

Walking is the body’s most natural way of regulating and processing emotions. It’s how we make sense of what happens to us. The next time you have to talk about something hard, do it while you walk. The next time you need to make an important decision walk on it before you decide
