When Natural Pet Food for Dogs & Cats by Barking Heads recommend that the food is kept under lock and key - it's with good reason! Odin dragged the 12kg bag from the utility room, through the kitchen, through part of the hallway, through the dining room before finally settling down in the living room to enjoy his 'kill'! I'm not sure what impressed me most, his sheer strength or the fact that he only ate 100gr of it?! Had that been Cooper, I'd have had a very fat and sick dog ...and an empty food packet!! :-D xx

Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital and Clinic don't do tooth fairies - but if they did ..I wonder how much Odin would be finding under his pillow!!?? Pony Boy is definitely on the mend, but yikes, that's SOME root! :O xx

Vets are warning dog owners about the spread of a flesh-eating fatal disease that has spread from the USA to Britain. Cases of Alabama Rot, which first appeared in the late 1980s in greyhounds in America, has spread to at least 16 counties in England in the last two years. Cases of the skin disease…

This morning brought very sad news from a dear friend and fellow volunteer; she had to let her beloved "Willow" go. It's unquestionably the hardest decision any pet owner has to make, but I know that she will be comforted knowing that like-minded people will be sending her healing thoughts during this difficult time. Sleep softly Willow :'( xx
