Yin and Sound for the Christmas season! I will be holding a yin and sound session at Trivett Studios on Fore street in Liskeard on the 19th December at 6.45pm for anyone who wants to come join us and have some 'me time' before the Christmas rush!

Had a very beautiful session today with some lovely people....lots of heart opening and twisting through the spine which helps to awaken the kundalini energy within the body...the flow of energy through the spine and into the toridal flow of the human.

I forgot how awesome yoga was...and its a journey....sometimes we get caught up in 'I want to be able to' or 'why cant I'....and we forget that the body has its own time scale and will open when its ready and wow did my heart open today....lots of clearing of stagnant energy and a reminder to always 'feel' into the postures and how we are feeling :) Beautiful blessings to all who came today and all who will attend in the future :) 🥰

Sooooo......been playing around with ideas....I don't know about you but sometimes I get bored of the same 'perfect' postures and 'how we should look'....and even why we do Yoga!

Sooo....I've decided to make some real people into cartoons to show us how to do the postures and add a bit of fun 💞

This is a 'stock' image of upward facing dog on the toes made into a cartoon (I design the backgrounds with sacred geometry and layers to get the 'feeling' of the posture 💞

If you wanna come join me in a photo shoot and show us how's it's really done I will be at Lux Park Thursday 14th 10.30 and then I will make you into a cartoon 💞😊

One of my fave asanas at the moment, standing half lotus 😊

Allows us to open the hips using gravity (very yin!) and you can really feel the muscles holding the pelvis relax and unwind...such a lovely feeling and amazing way to relax the pelvis and psoas 💞😊
