Who it’s for: If you feel stressed, restless, burned out and wanting deep rest and a nervous system reset . Looking for some time out just for you .

What you will experience: You’ll be guided through breath work , meditation an immersive sound journey (crystal bowls, chimes, gong, ect) designed to calm the body and quiet the mind.”

Beginner-friendly, all are welcome, no prior experience needed. Bring a mat/blanket/pillow and I’ll do the rest.

“Not a quick fix, a practice. Just over an hour to put your phone down, close your eyes, and remember what ease feels like. Doors at 7:20pm, sound 7:30pm–8:45pm
