Kirsty honestly just makes my heart happy ❤️

She didn’t come in trying to be perfect… she just wanted a bit of accountability and someone in her corner.

She’s said herself she couldn’t have done this on her own – and that’s the power of support and awareness. Just showing up, being seen, and putting herself first for once.

In 4 weeks she’s happier & confident

I am feeling bloated and a lil fluffy from Monte Carlo
Yes I will be holding water around my midrif but my definition on my tummy has disappeared. I am going to drop 3% body fat 💯

I am going to post my progress every Sunday from now until Christmas WATCH WHAT OUR PRODUCTS CAN DO 💪🔥

Well today never panned out as planned ❤️

Still here in Nice , flight changed to tomorrow at 6am

Sometimes life throws stuff your way, it’s how we deal with them (after the crying part in middle of airport🤣)

Got lots of business stuff boxed off, lots of people booked in for their FREE wellness evaluations who have messaged me wanting to drop 1/2stone before Christmas, workshops planned for our team and much more

All good 😊

Now tucked up in bed for my 3:30am alarm

Chatting with George earlier about Monte Carlo, the leadership training, sent videos & pics of how UNREAL this place is.
He sent me this text and it makes it all worth while , as being away YES is incredible, new countries, new adventures, investing in my learning to become better but it is still hard as a mum being away sometimes ❤️
