Just in club making smoothies for tomorrow and thought would do a progress pic for my summer body tweaks are coming along

I have shredded 2% of body fat since Jan (my winter insulation 😂😂) and feeling healthy strong and nearly SUMMER READY.

No massive changes, no more exercise than my 3 a week, just added a few different of our amazing products in consistently that’s all and weighing my portions for evening meal.
