I realised the other day that everyone in my house had something new recently… even the dog got a new harness 🐶

And then it hit me, I genuinely couldn’t remember the last time I bought a bra.

Not a “treat yourself” moment. Just an essential I’d completely neglected.

So I popped into Marks & Spencer you can book a proper fitting or if you can’t get to store, they’ve got a really helpful measuring guide online too and I loved the little reminders in the changing rooms about checking your b***s regularly. Early detection really does matter 🤍

If you can’t remember the last time you replaced yours… consider this your sign. Your b***s and confidence with thank you!

I started my business for one reason above all else — to help women build back their confidence and self belief after life’s challenges. I build my business to show other women that it’s possible.

I had been through something that knocked me down. And when I finally found my way back up, I looked around and saw so many women still on the floor, still in that dark place. I couldn’t walk away from that.

So I built something. A business, yes, but also a reminder. That no matter what you’ve been through, you can rise from it.

You can rebuild. You can become a stronger more confident version of yourself.

And every single day I show up, I’m showing my girls what that looks like. That their mum backed herself, built something of her own, and showed up every day with purpose.
