1 year ago today Moonphase launched…. πŸ’œ HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BABY πŸ’œ never in a million years did I think it would come this far. How far it’s reached - upto Scotland and right down to Portsmouth. Healed so many, the success stories have given me life and now to have began groups to support mental health blows me away. I can’t believe I almost give it all up a few months ago….. the come back was stronger than the set back. Almost 3 months without a drop. This weather is testing me but I’ve given up - why? I’ve worked so hard on myself this year. Accepting things and working on them, my faults, my flaws, what right for me, what’s wrong for me. Healing is a messy journey but beautiful on the otherside. I was drinking to relieve stress, to cover emotions to be the party girl I’ve been since I was 17 (ok 14 🀣) I went on a night out mid May and literally felt like I nearly lost all my hard work. The damage my body felt when it works so hard without me asking, the anxieties I had for a week β€œwhat did I do” β€œeveryone hates me”. I just made a decision I’m not doing it anymore, to me, my body, my mind. I’ve replaced it with meditation, walks with nature, talking about things & cold water swims. I’ve never felt better, fresh after a night out last night & still had a good time. I can’t say this will be forever, but it’s for now and that’s good enough πŸ’œ
