So big news -

I am so happy to announce that from Tuesday 8th of February I will be at Noubalm Pacific Road running weekly sound healing sessions 6-7pm.

I will be still running sessions on a Sunday once a month and the dates 30-Jan and 27 -Feb are still running.

Benefits of sound:
The ancient art of Sound healing allows you to relax and unwind and thanks to their pure and natural notes, they can reduce your stress and enter you serenely into meditation. The sounds and vibrations provided by the singing bowl resonate with your body in order to rebalance its major functions and raise your vibratory rate. It allows you to improve your focus, to live consciously here and now.

On the day details:
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to allow you to get settled in.

Please park on the side of the building near the post office entrance ( half way down) as the main gated car park at front is locked from 6pm.

Also bring, water, a yoga mat, blanket and cushion. (allowing for COVID guidelines for hygienic integrity).

As most of you know I talk a lot about crystals having there own personalities and that sometimes the crystal books give to much of a general over view of metaphysical and doesn’t address the fact the same crystal type will not vibe in the way that is being described in these books.

The reason for this is that such books fail to take into account crystals grow in various places , under different circumstances and how they are extracted impacts a crystals individual vibe.

Over the years working with my collection I have found a way where I can figure out how to understand my own crystal collection by sitting in a meditation with them getting to know them which has allowed me to create my own metaphysical book for my crystals.

After running my Crystal Know how course I also realised that my students were expressing the same issues.

In light of this I have decided to share with you my method of how to learn a crystals personality in this digital crystal journal.

The journal is designed for beginners and advanced as it introduces you to crystal basics but also gives you space to explore your crystals personality.

At the moment this journal is in digital format for you to download while I wait for it to be formatted correctly to create a hard copy.

That means once you have downloaded this version you are able to continue to print it off as your crystal collection grows.

In addition, I have added a discount to this version for the rest of January so you can get started on working closer with your collection.

I have kept the print out at A4 to allow you the space to dig deeper with your crystals.
