😞 Due to delayed delivery of B12 - I’ve had to cancel todays clinic 😞

I’m hoping it will arrive on Monday 🤞 - I have been in contact with all who were booked in for today,

Once I have the b12 in my hand I will contact you all to reschedule & get you in as soon as we can,

I’m keeping everything crossed for a Tuesday clinic 🤞🤞.

Happy New Year to you all, I hope you all enjoyed the festive time & enjoyed a tipple or two.

January is a time where everyone tends to be more mindful of health & wellbeing.

Why do we inject B12
Is a question I often get asked.

Well with an injection -> the B12 bypasses our digestive system & intestines so we our able to absorb the B12 immediately & we absorb exactly what our body needs.

With the oral tablet ->
We have no way of knowing exactly how much B12 is being absorbed within our bodies via our digestive system & intestines.
We simply can’t break down & absorb 100% of a tablet meaning alot of the time what we haven’t absorbed is excreted with our waste….
Studies suggest we absorb as little as 5% of the oral B12 compared to all of the B12 in injection form.
