Going out isn't someone I often do these days- I have terrible anxiety which often stops me. I can talk to others about managing stress and social anxiety but not so good at listening to my own advice! I almost cancelled tonight but luckily, I forced myself out as I need to practice what I preach- what a brilliant night was had by us all! My 5stone weight loss, I'll be honest has changed my appearance but I'm still the big girl in my head.
