This is how I lost 3 stone & changed my life.

My friend told me her coach was offering a free wellness evaluation & mini body scan , so I had to try it.

The plan is simple, fits in with my lifestyle & really works.

The best part, it's not a diet but a lifestyle change, I can still eat some of my favourite foods.

Im finally living my healthiest life. I'm in the best shape ever & feel amazing , much so that I decided to become a wellness coach too .

I want to help as many people as I can to become healthier & happier.

Member ......I'm disappointed because Ive only lost 1lb

Me .....ok, look at this image of 1lb of fat ....still upset you've only lost 1lb ?

One pound of fat is approximately 3500 calories. So if you were to eat approx 350 calories more per day than your body uses , in just 10 days , you'd gain one pound of fat.

Never be disheartened by losing 1lb .......it's a big deal !
