SEND Parent:

Parents find the strength to advocate, manage challenges, appointments, liase with schools, educate themselves on their child's conditions, learn to find support they may need.

However, if your a SEND adult yourself and need an advocate yourself, this can be double the challenge. On the positive side this can be a gift, because you can understand, what your child may need.

At Life's for Living, Sefton, we offer monthly parent support groups and Awareness short information sessions, for SEND parents and parents with SEND.

Your not alone,
we have a Free information ADHD, Autism, AuDHD Awareness session, coming up in February.

Great for parents to refresh on knowledge, or for newly diagnosed parents of children, with ADHD, Autism and AuDHD and co-occuring conditions.

🚌The Living Well Bus is back doing Smear Tests on 23rd January 2026 at Asda Bootle & 7th March 2026 at Asda Aintree. 🚌

If you are eligible and due (or overdue!), you can attend between 🕙10:30am and 4pm on either date, no appointment needed! Spread the word!!📣

You can also attend Extended Access at Litherland Town Hall for your screening 📆Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm and Sat 9am-5pm 📆- you can book appointments for this service via your GP reception team.

Monthly Parent Support Group is back,

Then every 1st Friday, of Each Month, 12:30pm-2pm.

At: Netherton Family, Hub.

First Parent Session of 2026:
Lifes'for Living, Sefton, are hosting a FREE Mini ADHD & Autism Awareness Workshop,

Followed by Q&A, Coffee and Chat.

Ideal for parents who have have recently had a child diagnosed with ADHD or Autism or if your child is on the ADHD, Autism Pathway.

Also great for any parent(s) or carers who may like more information on the conditions and support strategies, that may help your child(ren).
