Fit for Purpose Fit for Life offer universal services to disadvantaged and/or vulnerable adults/children to promote healthy lifestyles and improve employment prospects.The services are delivered by Gary Case and a team of dedicated Role Models to deliver our services services; FPFL see our concept as an exciting and innovative way to address national issues directly and most important successfully. Our method to address this problem is by developing creative solutions aimed at developing the participants in the areas listed below;
• Self belief,
• Empowerment
• Addressing personal barriers
• Advising on diet and lifestyle modification
• Weight loss and where appropriate weight gain
• Mental health
• Drug misuse and dependency
• Fitness and endurance
• Addressing bullying including aspects of domestic violence
