“Buddha taught many different methods to purify
non-virtuous actions, downfalls and broken
commitments, but the supreme method is the practice of meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva.
This practice is a scientific method to purify our mind and transform it from an impure mind into a pure mind using Ta***ic technology.”
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
Over this coming wekend Gen Tilopa will illuminate the purification practice of Buddha Vajrasattva following the sadhana ‘Meditation and Recitation of Solitary Vajrasattva’.
This simple but effective practice allows us to connect with the natural potential of our mind, to heal our past, and to free ourselves from old, painful habits of thinking and behaving.
You can choose to do the whole weekend or part, as
long as you at least do the Commentary on Saturday.
Lunch wil be available on Saturday.
Everyone welcome
