Claire - 07935569664 I have struggled with my weight all my life and after having my 2nd child decided now was the time to take control and when he was just 8 weeks old went along to a Slimming World class with a friend. I was so scared, of the scales mostly! I think I was in denial about my size and was disgusted with myself when I saw how much I weighed, but do you know what I was never judged in the class! Joining the class was the best decision I have ever made! I have always struggled with my weight and was fed up of being โ€œthe fat oneโ€ and feeling so self-conscious! Like a lot of people, I had tried to lose weight so many times before by following numerous diets but they never lasted long because Iโ€™d always get tired of restricting what I ate. I thought I was destined to struggle with my weight for the rest of my life and could only dream of being a size 10 like my friends, but when I came to Slimming World it was different and so easy! Itโ€™s just so easy to follow, works for the family and I can still eat Chocolate every day! I cannot express how much this has changed my life! Running after my 2 young Sonโ€™s is now no longer a strain but a pleasure!! I have changed my life forever and Itโ€™s a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding that helped me, so that I can give my members the support they need to get to target and feel as fantastic as I do!! As a slimmer myself I know how hard it can be and I couldnโ€™t have lost 6 stone without my Consultant and my group. Sharing recipes and other ideas, and overcoming disappointments as well as celebrating success were all part of the journey, so thereโ€™ll be lots of support, encouragement and fun at my Slimming World group.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to Paula Johnson from the fabulous sparkles_studio_liverpool for bringing the Sparkle to the night!
I was dressed head to toe in the boutique clothes and was very tempted to change half way through the night as there was a pop up shop! Where else can you go on a night out and do your Christmas shopping at the same time!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽ
