We had a fun, energetic start to the day this morning learning all about Dexterity, Co-ordination and muscle memory with the lovely Carla.

She arranged a combination of games, exercises and dances during our session, then finished with some calming meditation to unwind🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️The Residents loved every second!

A shout out to our wonderful staff for always bringing the good vibes and energy to our home!

On Friday we decided we would walk over to our local and get some fresh air and some lunch.

Our lovely residents, Norma & Grace had a wonderful time telling us about their fondest memories. From school days, crazy hairstyles and a few too many late nights at the Cavern Club - we talked about it all!

We enjoyed it so much we extended our time and had another coffee and some apple pie 😋

Our residents love getting out for the good company. Meeting different Residents and hearing their stories, the wonderful staff who make us laugh and definitely enjoy the cake selection!🎂🍰🧁
