The classes are self- contained so you can drop in any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find peace and happiness.

Become the best you can be in Crosby this Tuesday evening at 7:30pm.

Meditation classes for everyone to enable you to develop your full potential and find true happiness and contentment.

Allow yourself the chance to learn to meditate, experience inner peace, and discover the true value of modern Buddhism.

These classes are open to everyone, from beginners to experienced meditators alike. Regardless of background or beliefs, everyone can benefit from the methods presented in these classes.
