🏋️‍♂️ Respect & Behaviour in the Gym

1. Wipe down equipment after you use it (your sweat isn’t someone else’s pre-workout 😅).

2. Don’t hog the machines – if you’re taking long breaks, let others work in.

3. Don’t judge anyone – everyone starts somewhere.

4. Don’t give unsolicited advice – even if you mean well, it can be annoying.

5. Use polite language and keep a positive attitude.

🎧 Personal Space

6. Don’t stand too close to someone mid-set – especially during squats, bench or rows.

7. Keep your focus on your own training – don’t stare (especially at women).

8. Wear headphones – the gym isn’t the place for your personal concert.

🏋️ Order & Equipment

9. Put the weights back – always! No one wants to play “find the plates”.

10. Don’t drop dumbbells unnecessarily – it shows lack of control, not strength.

11. Don’t block the mirrors – they’re for checking form, not constant selfies (though the occasional one is fine 😄).

15. Offer help if someone needs it (spotting, posture tips etc.).

16. Greet people and smile – the gym is a place for good vibes, not toxic competition.

17. Inspire others through discipline, not arrogance.
