🎉 NEW CLASS STARTING THIS WEEK ON THURSDAY MORNING AT BELLSQUARRY VILLAGE HALL, LIVINGSTON 🎉
🧘‍♂️ Also, start your week feeling good. Monday Morning Hatha Yoga at Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio, Seafield, West Lothian, will set you up for the week feeling more balanced and in harmony.
🌸 Beginners and advanced yogis are welcome at both classes. It’s a Hatha style Yoga class. This involves gentle movement and holding the poses for a few breaths. There may be some gentle breathwork as well. Along with a 5-10 minute relaxation at the end to release any tension and feel grounded. 🙏 Come and join me in the lovely Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio on Mondays or at Bellsquarry Village Hall on Thursdays. Both classes at 9.30-10.30. It’s ONLY £7 a class or £30 for a 6 class pass, which you can use at any class. Just DM me to book your spot.

Warrior I or Virabhadrasana I is a foundation yoga pose to feel strong and powerful in. The front leg is bent, with the knee above the ankle, and the back leg is straight. 🎄 Christmas is coming and it can get a little bit busy in the run up. This can either send me into panic and stress mode or I can get super focused and mindful.
🧘‍♂️ Take time to slow down for a moment before it all begins. Just to move, breathe and check in with yourself. Trust me, your body and mind will thank you.

I want to share that during the 100 miles in October Challenge for the National Autistic Society I managed to raise £400 from my amazing FB & Instagram friends & family! 🎉 Thank you so much everyone who supported me. I cannot thank you enough. 🙏❤️

I also want to share that all the people who did this challenge collectively raised £350,481 🥳

Just to give you a glimpse of what the fundraising can do:

- £15 could provide a safe virtual space for an autistic person through our online community.
- £100 could help autistic young people thrive in school by supporting our campaign for better autism training in education.
- £500 could ensure vital diagnosis advice and guidance is available for people waiting for an autism assessment. And
- £1,000 could help run one of our community branches, supporting autistic people to overcome loneliness and isolation 🫶

- Garudasana or Eagle Pose is a balancing posture, crossing one leg over the other and wrapping the arms as well - 'Garuda' translates as a mythical eagle-like king of birds. 'Asana' means posture or seat - Eagle pose improves concentration, strengthens legs and improves flexibility in the shoulders and upper back - Give it a go! Let me know how you get on.

📆 NEW CLASS!!! Monday Morning Yoga 9.30-10.30
at CILL MHANACH WELLNESS STUDIO

🧘‍♀️Yoga is a lovely break from our busy lives. An hour to check in with yourself, connect with like-minded souls, move your body and just breathe. It helps to bring more balance to your life.

❤️ This class style is Hatha Yoga and is for all levels. Beginners are welcome.

🧘‍♀️If you would like to book a space then please let me know via DM and I will send the details to book your place via bank transfer. Or you can just come along and pay in cash if you prefer. It’s £7 drop in or £30 for a 6 class pass.

🌸 The Address for the venue is Cill Mhanach Wellness Studio, Redhouse Road, Seafield, West Lothian EH47 7AL The entrance to the studio is around the back of the house and we use the driveway for parking.
