This May, I’m so excited to welcome you to my second ever yoga day retreat! Held at the most beautiful of locations only a stones throw away at The Swansea Wellbeing Centre , this day retreat will offer the ultimate gift of relaxation, making the perfect Ta**us gift as we welcome in the warmer change of season♉️.

With a jam packed itinerary listed below between 10am and 2pm, you’re welcome to an afternoon of yin and yang yoga workshops, affirmation and intention setting, mantra chanting and traditional pranayama breath work practices as a deeply nourishing experience in a secluded and sacred space.

10-10:45- Welcome Women’s Circle/Intention Setting and Affirmation Creation
10:45-11:45- Yang Yoga and Salutation Vinyasa
11:45-12:30- Yin Asana Workshop
12:30-1- Complimentary Refreshments
1-1:20- Introduction to Mantra and Chanting

Finally able to sit and reflect on just how beautiful our yoga and sound healing retreat was last week.

From only having started teaching classes in the Summer, I’m so grateful to have my first retreat under my belt knowing there’s only going to be so much more to come.

Love to everyone for joining me on such a special day, and to for holding such a serene location for us to recharge in.

For those that loved the union of yoga and sound, we’re holding a session again on the 19th in Llanelli with limited spaces so make sure to secure your space while you can♥️
