Good Morning beautiful souls. Happy 12/12 portal.💥 Such an auspicious date every year yet this year more than ever before, it is cranked up with intensity which might feel very challenging for some. As we are nearing the Solstice and the completion of 2025, year of the snake, we are asked to let go, to shed the snake skins we no longer resonate with. May all that no longer serves us, humankind and the planet as a collective, be released with love. Try not to struggle up against the flow of the stream, today, just allow yourself permission to rest, be still, to connect with these potential energies and to be compassionate towards yourself for whatever feelings or situations that are out of alignment that are arising because they are alerting you to what needs to be let go of. 2026 is the year of the horse, fiery and passionately moving us forward into a much lighter vibrational space energetically. Keep sewing those seeds of hope and trust in your hearts.

Wishing you all a very Happy Samhain. I personally love this time of year, particularly welcoming the changes in the trees to their fiery blazing colours of the Autumnal season and the mellow gold skies of the sunrise. The veils are now at their thinnest and some of you may be able to feel, see and touch the otherworld all around us. Whether you are able to feel this or not, please be assured, you are fully supported by loved ones in the spiritual realms. Light a candle and ask that they draw nearer to you, maybe asking them for a sign of their presence; such as a feather, a coin or song on the radio that meant something to you both. Spend time connecting in nature and as the daylight hours dwindle and nature's growth slows, begin to lean inwards, to snuggle under the softness of blankets or gather warmth by a blazing fire. However you are observing today, I wish you may go well into this season and this magical threshold of Samhain. Blessed be! x Charlotte

As many of you will be aware, my time living in Yorkshire is nearly at an end. I will be moving to Wales this week for a new adventure. I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to all of you who have supported my business, Head, Heart and Soul Healing over these last 9 years. I have met some absolutely incredible soul sisters and soul brothers and have been privileged enough to have learnt and grown from each and every one of you. Wishing you all the very best for whatever this year has in store for you and I will keep you all posted about my new business ventures of training and retreats later this year. So much love and gratitude to you all. Xx ❤️💕🙏💫

The Earth's pulse quickens towards Beltane on May 1st, the halfway point between The Spring Equinox and The Summer Solstice.

The natural world is awakening, blossoming with vibrant fertility, connecting us deeply with the ancient rhythms of our beloved Gaia.

Wishing you all a very Happy Spring Equinox. 🌱🪺🦋✨️
I know some of you may have been navigating dense energies of late but please know brighter times are ahead.
The light in our days are lengthening, bringing with it a greater balance of equilibrium and harmony. Always remember, whatever appears chaotic in our lives is not a true relection of our shining soul within.
We are being asked once again to dig deep to clear any imbalanced or misaligned energies, to release resistance and surrender to the flow of the universe.
Draw the light deeply into your lungs, bathe in the light codes flooding into the earth and your body and feel the life force energy flowing unimpeded through every aspect of your being. ###

The old adage goes that time speeds up with age and I have witnessed the same often occurs when we raise our energetic vibration. It doesn't seem five minutes ago that we were celebrating the Winter Solstice, yet here we are already turning the corner to inch ever forward into the into the fertility and abundance of Spring and the Pagan festival of light, Imbolc.

This year, I am deeply feeling the steady ascent towards the light with a frisson of so much hope and promise. All those seeds of potential we carefully planted in the deep, dark earth of Winter having been waiting patiently, absorbing nourishment , ready to 'spring' and push upwards through the density into our awareness and herald new growth and opportunities. Perhaps more than ever for me this year, these new beginnings feel in total alignment with the higher vibrational world we are co-creating.

Over the Winter months, I had been guided to hunker down , letting old parts of me , which were no longer in alignment with my highest self, fall away. Being quieter, more introspective and reflective, stripping away the egoic sense of identity and releasing the 'shoulds' and the 'oughts'. As I hunkered down, like the seed under the soil, I deep dived within, similtaneously being called to address both my shadow aspects alongside attending to the expansion of my own inner light.

What the world can sometimes view as unhealthy 'naval gazing' or laziness, was actually the most productive thing I could have done.

Now, as I emerge once again, blinking into the light, I am renewed and replenished, my seedling stronger than ever before, ready to rise up and feel the sap of life flowing freely through my energy fields, feeling connected to and grateful for all that is.

So many Happy Imbolc blessings to you all dear soul Brothers and Sisters.

May the sun warm your back, may your heart beat strongly with the pulse of Mother Earth, may your energy flow freely like the river and may we all shine as beacons of hope so our shining illuminates far and wide and enables others to feel and see the light too. Xx
