From sexual and reproductive health resources, to mental-health support, to services for carers in our community—our fair brought together incredible local organisations all committed to improving wellbeing.

💬 We loved meeting so many of you, answering your questions, and helping connect you to the services you deserve.

Healthy communities start with access, awareness, and working together—and yesterday showed just how powerful that can be. 💜

💙 Movember: Men’s Health Awareness Month 💙

This November, we’re joining the global Movember movement to raise awareness of men’s health — including mental wellbeing, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

👨‍⚕️ Many men avoid talking about their health, but early detection and open conversations can save lives.

💬 We encourage all our patients to check in with their GP if they have any concerns — no issue is too small.

Let’s work together to break the stigma and support men in prioritising their health. 💪
