Dear Distributors,
We want to emphasize that offering discounts on Enagic products outside the guidelines established by the company is strictly prohibited, as stated in Enagic's Policies and Procedures, par. 14), and par. 46, section h), as well as the Distributor Agreement, par.2, 2.2, section A). Advertising, offering, or providing refunds or other forms of compensation to customers in order to provide an Enagic water treatment system at a lower price is prohibited. It is important to understand that applying discounts creates unfair competition among distributors. Enagic establishes specific prices for its products to maintain consistency and fairness within the distributor network.
