Great aesthetic results shouldn’t be obvious, they should simply make you look like you, on your best day.

These are the treatments I reach for when a patient says, “I don’t want to look different, I just want to look better.”

They’re gentle, regenerative, and designed to work with your skin rather than against it, improving hydration, firmness, and radiance without changing your natural features.

It’s the kind of refresh that people notice, but can’t quite pinpoint, the quiet confidence that comes from healthier, stronger, more luminous skin.

Keep on reading to discover the treatments that do exactly that, the subtle science behind looking rested, restored, and effortlessly fresh…

Ageing well isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about being intentional.

At 36, I’m in the decade where prevention meets regeneration. I’m not trying to stop time, but I am focused on building strong foundations now so my skin, body and confidence feel supported in the years ahead.

And while my approach includes skincare and tweakments, it also goes far beyond that, into how I live, how I manage stress, and the small daily habits that really add up.

Here are some of the things I’m doing right now, as an aesthetic doctor (and woman), to age well ➡️

The lower face and jawline are often the first areas where women begin to notice subtle changes - a softening of the jawline, a little sagging beneath the chin, or a heaviness through the jowls that can make the face feel less defined.

These shifts aren’t just cosmetic. They can affect how you feel in yourself - making you look tired or downturned, even when you feel confident and energised inside. And while skincare and non-invasive treatments can help to some degree, they can’t always address what’s happening beneath the surface.

That’s exactly where Endolift comes in. This laser-based treatment works deep within the skin to tighten collagen, remodel tissue, and gently reduce small pockets of fat that contribute to jowling - without surgery, stitches, or significant downtime.

For this patient, I treated the lower face, submental area, and neck to reduce heaviness and restore definition, taking care to preserve volume where it supports her natural shape. In the area under the chin, we focused mainly on tightening the skin rather than reducing fat - because sometimes, preserving subtle fullness actually creates a more balanced, flattering result.

The result, just four weeks after treatment, speaks for itself: a firmer, more sculpted jawline, smoother contours, and skin that already looks tighter and more refined. Her collagen will continue to rebuild over the coming months, meaning her results will only get better with time.

This is the beauty of Endolift - no drastic change, no overdone look, just natural definition and lift, achieved through intelligent, regenerative treatment.

If you’ve started to notice sagging around your jawline or under your chin and want to restore structure without surgery, Endolift could be exactly what your skin needs. Tap the link in my bio to learn more or book a consultation 💌

I’m so thrilled to share that I’ve been featured in the Evening Standard, discussing one of my favourite treatments - EndoliftX - and how it’s redefining what’s possible with non-surgical facial rejuvenation.

In the article, I explain how this innovative subdermal laser technology works beneath the skin to stimulate collagen, tighten tissue and refine jawline definition - all with minimal downtime and long-lasting, natural results. It’s one of the most advanced treatments we have available today for patients seeking lift and contour without surgery.

What makes EndoliftX so unique is its dual action. It not only tightens and firms the skin but also helps reduce unwanted fat beneath the chin, creating a beautifully sculpted and rejuvenated appearance. For many patients, it’s the perfect bridge between traditional non-invasive treatments and surgical lifting - powerful, precise and backed by clinical science.

It’s an honour to be recognised as one of London’s most experienced practitioners offering this treatment and to see the conversation around safe, evidence-based innovation in aesthetics continue to grow.

Thank you to for featuring me and for spotlighting such an exciting advancement in aesthetic medicine.

The best feedback I receive isn’t just about the results, it’s about how my patients feel throughout the process.

For me, it’s never only about smoothing a line or lifting a jawline.

It’s about creating a safe space where you feel listened to, tailoring every treatment so it feels completely yours, and making sure the results look natural enough that no one can quite put their finger on what’s changed.

That’s why testimonials like this mean so much, they reflect exactly what I aim for every day: expertise delivered with care, and results that feel like you, only fresher.

When it comes to ageing, not all changes can (or should) be treated with filler.

Sometimes it’s not about adding volume at all, it’s about rebuilding strength, density, and resilience from within.

That’s exactly where Julaine, a next-generation collagen-stimulating injectable, comes in.

By gradually encouraging your skin to regenerate its own collagen, it helps restore firmness and improve skin quality in the areas where it matters most.

Swipe to discover the three areas where Julaine can make the biggest impact, and why the results feel so natural ➡️

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been featured in The Independent’s Well Enough newsletter this month as part of their Menopause Awareness Month series.

In the Well Said column, titled “Hormones and Skin with Dr Priya Verma,” I spoke about how hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can transform the skin - often in unexpected ways. Many women who’ve never struggled with skin issues suddenly experience dryness, sensitivity, breakouts or dullness, and it can feel confusing to know how to manage it.

I discussed why these changes happen, how fluctuating hormone levels affect oil production and barrier strength, and the importance of a balanced, gentle approach to skincare during this time. Supporting the skin barrier, avoiding harsh actives and adapting your routine as your skin evolves can make a world of difference.

It was such a pleasure to contribute to this conversation and to help more women understand that these changes are completely normal - and manageable with the right guidance.

Thank you, for featuring me 🤍

Ageing well isn’t just about what we put into the skin, it’s also about how we support it at a cellular level.

That’s where Photobiomodulation (PBM) comes in.

Using targeted light energy with the Eufoton device, this treatment helps recharge your skin cells so they repair, regenerate and function more like they did years ago.

It’s gentle, non-invasive, and one of my favourite “quiet hero” therapies for slowing down the visible signs of ageing, especially when combined with other regenerative treatments.

Swipe to discover how PBM works, why it matters, and the difference it can make to your long-term skin health 👉🏼
