The lower face and jawline are often the first areas where women start to notice change. A softer jawline, a little heaviness through the jowls, or a lack of definition beneath the chin can subtly alter how the whole face looks and feels.

These changes can affect confidence, making you feel less sculpted or more tired than you actually are. And while skincare and surface treatments can support the skin, they can’t always reach what’s happening deeper down.

For this patient, the goal was simple and very specific. She wanted a clearer jawline, better contour through the lower face and a more defined transition into the neck, without surgery and without downtime. We chose a single session of Endolift to the lower face, submental area and neck to address exactly that.

Endolift works beneath the skin using a fine laser fibre to tighten tissue, stimulate collagen and gently remodel small pockets of fat. It allows us to sculpt and support the lower face from within, rather than masking the issue with volume. The procedure itself was painless, with no bruising and no downtime, and she returned straight back to normal life.

These results are shown at just one month. You can already see a cleaner jawline, improved contour through the neck and a lighter, more structured appearance to the lower face. What makes Endolift particularly powerful is that collagen continues to remodel over the months that follow, so the skin will keep firming and tightening with time.

This is a perfect example of how targeted, anatomy-led treatment can restore definition in a natural way, without changing the face or making it look treated.

If you’ve started to notice softness around your jawline or under your chin and want to restore structure without surgery, Endolift could be the right option for you. Tap the link in my bio to book a consultation and let’s talk through whether it’s the right fit for your face 💌

There are certain treatments I come back to again and again in my own routine, because they genuinely support my skin, my collagen and the way my face ages over time.

As an aesthetic doctor in my 30s, I’m not chasing perfection or dramatic change. I’m focused on prevention, skin quality, structure and treatments that help my skin stay strong, resilient and naturally radiant as the years go by.

These are the treatments I truly believe in, the ones I trust for myself and recommend to women who want to age well without losing their authenticity 👉🏼

I was honoured to be featured in Harper's Bazaar, sharing my thoughts on skin tightening and what actually makes a meaningful difference as we age.

There is so much noise in aesthetics, especially when it comes to lifting and firming treatments. New devices appear constantly, and it can be hard to know what is genuinely evidence-based and what is simply having a moment. Being able to talk openly about treatments that are grounded in science, with realistic outcomes and long-term benefits, is something I really value.

For me, skin tightening is never about chasing dramatic change. It's about supporting the skin, stimulating collagen in a considered way and choosing the right treatment for the right area at the right time. When that is done well, results look natural, age well and feel aligned with the person wearing them.

I'm always grateful for opportunities like this to help demystify treatments and encourage a more thoughtful approach to skin and ageing.

Thank you so much to and for the feature 🤍

It’s rarely the big, dramatic changes that make the biggest difference to how fresh and well-rested you look.

More often, it’s the subtle refinements the tiny adjustments to skin quality, light reflection and facial balance that quietly lift the face without anyone being able to pinpoint why.

These are the kinds of tweaks I love most, because they respect your natural features while helping you look like the best version of yourself.

Swipe to discover the three simple, high-impact treatments I reach for when a patient tells me they want to look brighter, smoother and more refreshed, without looking “done” 👉🏼

Each one works in a slightly different way, but together they can soften fatigue, restore radiance and bring back that healthy, confident glow.

There are moments when the skin feels dull, congested, or just a little tired, and no amount of moisturiser or exfoliation seems to bring it back to life.

That’s where Fire and Ice comes in.

It’s a results-driven facial that blends resurfacing with deep nourishment, helping to smooth texture, refine pores, calm inflammation and restore that healthy, luminous glow without downtime.

It’s ideal for anyone whose skin is feeling lacklustre after travel, stress, hormones or the winter months.

Think of it as a gentle reset for the complexion, supporting renewal while still keeping the skin calm, balanced and comfortable.

The eye area is often the first place we notice change, and for many women it’s the area they feel most self-conscious about.

Puffiness, hollowness, fine lines and crepiness can make you look tired even when you feel completely well rested.

While concealer and eye creams can help, they can’t always address what’s really happening beneath the skin.

Treating tired eyes well means choosing treatments that strengthen the tissue, improve skin quality and restore support in a subtle, natural way, without changing your expression or making the area look heavy.

So much of what people believe about aesthetics comes from social media, quick fixes and trends, rather than what really creates results that age well.

The most natural outcomes aren’t about doing more, filling more, or chasing every line you see in the mirror.

They come from understanding the face as a living structure, the skin as an organ, and ageing as a process that happens in layers over time.

When you start to see aesthetics through that lens, everything changes.

Treatments become more strategic, the results look softer and more authentic. Instead of trying to keep up with ageing, you feel like you’re working with your face, not against it.

I was delighted to recently be featured in Vogue, sharing my perspective on skin health and the importance of taking a considered, intelligent approach rather than chasing trends or quick fixes. These conversations matter because so much of what we see online oversimplifies skin, ageing and treatment choices.

For me, good skin is never about doing the most. It is about understanding what the skin needs at that moment and supporting it properly. When you focus on fundamentals like skin health, structure and function, everything else falls into place more naturally. Results look better, age better and feel far more authentic.

It is always a privilege to contribute to wider conversations that help people feel more informed and more confident in their decisions, rather than pressured or confused 🤍

Sometimes it isn’t about wanting to look different. It’s about wanting your face to feel more like you again.

For many of my patients, the first changes they notice aren’t deep wrinkles, but a softening of the jawline, a little heaviness through the lower face, or skin that no longer feels as firm as it once did.

These shifts are subtle, but they can change how the face reads in photos and in the mirror, even when you still feel youthful and energetic on the inside.

That’s often the point where Endolift becomes such a powerful option. It works beneath the surface to tighten, contract and strengthen the tissues, improving definition without adding volume or changing your natural features.

It’s ideal for those who don’t want fillers in this area, but still want to lift, refine and restore structure in a way that looks completely authentic to them.

If you’ve been wondering whether Endolift is the right approach for your lower face or neck, here are three signs it could be exactly what you’ve been looking for ➡️
