Thinking about improving your health with sea moss? Here’s more about where it comes from!  🌊 🌱 
  
Sea moss is grown in warm, shallow marine waters (ours in St Lucia), where it grows attached to ropes. Once mature, it is harvested by hand, removing only developed material to allow continued regrowth. 
  
Our sea moss farmers then clean and sun-dry the moss to reduce moisture, before it is rehydrated and blended into a gel or powder using a family-inspired recipe.  
  
The process remains intentionally simple, with no unnecessary mechanical processing or additives! 
 
Sea moss consumed can:  
✅ Support immune health with naturally occurring vitamins and minerals 
✅ Aid digestion and gut health thanks to its natural prebiotic fibres
