🌘And since we go through ALL the seasons in ONE month as women, the same principles still apply and we need to adapt what kind of food we eat week by week or phase by phase. 

🌱In springtime nature is abundant with emerging green leaves in all shapes and sizes and this should reflect on our plates as well during our Inner spring - our follicular phase. 

So, fill up your plate with greens, making sure you get a combination of fiber, protein and fat: 

🥬Lettuce, arugula, chard, any salad greens…

🥦Asparagus, brokoli, cabbage, kale…

🥗Green lentils.mung beans

🌱Sprouts and microgreens 

🥑avocado 

🫒Olives and olive oil

🤯Stress is the biggest factor influencing women's health. 

Disease - literally means not being at ease.  

Stress is part of our lives, but there is a lot that we can do to learn to manage it and not put additional stress on ourselves where that’s not necessary. 

Go for a walk 
Do yoga 
Dance
Switch off your phone
… 

❌Being constantly in action just does not work. 

✅The biggest switch that reduced my stress levels was starting to honour the rhythm of my monthly menstrual cycle  - knowing that there is a time to intentionally rest and when it’s the best time to take action and leverage my energy was a complete game changer that brought so much ease into my days. 

❌You are not a robot. 
❌You can’t just press ON every morning and be in GO mode all day long. 
✅You need to recharge your batteries. 
✅You need to follow YOUR rhythm.
