The session will be hosted by Nicki, a fitness instructor who helps many people to keep fit from the comfort of their own homes. It will focus on gentle movements that can improve flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being, especially for those with mobility challenges.

No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to join for free! All you need to do is join the meeting online and follow along as Nicki takes us through some exercises.
