It doesn’t always come in the form of big gestures, sometimes it’s the small acts, the words of encouragement, or the willingness to give what we can.

Do you see yourself as lucky? 🍀

It might sound like a simple question, but the way you answer says a lot about how your brain works.

Jeff Bezos used to ask this in interviews , not to test skills, but to reveal outlook. And science backs this up.

Dr. Daniel Amen’s research with nearly 2,000 patients showed how negativity bias, focusing on what’s wrong more than what’s right, actually changes the brain. It lowers emotional control, weakens memory, and drains resilience.

But here’s the good part: your brain can change back. 🌱

By training yourself to notice what’s going well, you literally rewire your brain to become more resilient, more focused, and yes, to feel luckier.
