We recently hosted an in-person training session for our Peri Occupational Health Technicians at Health Partners, expertly led by our brilliant Counsellor, Rachel Lawley.

The focus was to empower our colleagues with the tools and knowledge to support mental health in blue-collar workplaces, particularly among middle-aged male workers.

Our technicians often operate on sites where psychological health services may not be readily available. This training was designed to bridge that gap, equipping them with practical strategies to:
✔️ Spot early signs of poor mental health
✔️ Open safe and constructive conversations
✔️ Guide individuals towards appropriate support resources

We’re proud to invest in training that not only supports our technicians’ professional development but also makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the workers they interact with daily.
