As I've briefly mentioned on here, I will be moving back to Czech Republic...
It has been, to say the least, rather emotional...
London has been my home for 18 years and I have absolutely loved the crazy journey I've been on here...
I do believe that we come to heal here...
This city is so magical and brutal at times that we have no choice but facing our shadows and limitations to become unstoppable and limitless.
I'm forever grateful for all the amazing people I have crossed paths with here.

So much inspiration, growth and opportunities this city has given me, it will always be invaluably cherished in my heart.

Even now that my little business is expanding and growing it could sound crazy to some that I decided to move... however, I see it as a part of this growth...

After all these years in this amazing city, I'm ready for the nature, home grown food, fresh air and spring water.

I will share more in the upcoming days...as well as my new projects and offers I'm diligently working on.
Alphawavetherapy is not ending, it is expanding in fact 🙂.

For now, with gratitude, big thanks for every single one of you for following my path, be it as an active client or just an observer.

Sound healing has done for me a lot as an individual, it has taught me to meditate and switch off.
Hypnotherapy has helped me to rewire my brain ...
NLP has helped me to clock the same times on the track (speed skating) and power through 24 hour races, averaging needed time to win.
EFT has helped me to process and understand my emotions.
There are many other methods I have studied over the years but the above are my favourite and I use these in client sessions to achieve a real, tangible and quite a fast change.

Come fall asleep with me 😆😴

This is my Youtube Channel where I share hypnotherapy/guided meditation tapes tackling various concerns.
First video series focus on sleep.

I have used hypnosis for regeneration, keeping the same lab times at 24 hour race in Le Mans, winning races, overcoming hypothyroidism, general regeneration and more.
Results speak louder than promises.

Every client I work with also gets a hypnosis tape and depending on what we are dealing with, it also includes a custom tape.
I usually work with- addictions, anxiety, confidence, performance, overcoming heart break, relationship patterns, depression, insomnia and more.

This is literary my first video, took ages to upload, uploading took longer than making it... I appreciate its quality is not perfect but I am learning to embrace an imperfect action recently so there I am.
