Notice the sunflowers in this meadow of wild flowers, they all grow alone. We are the same as we focus on what makes us individuals. Ironically the only flowers standing above the rest of the foliage are the sunflowers. So maybe instead of us focusing on what makes us different, let’s embrace what makes us the same!

To weather the elements and even the seasons, the bark is there to protect the tree. Have you a bark around your trunk to protect you from negative people and their energy?

It’s good to be polite and also to be caring but not at the expense of harming your own energy.

Maybe that’s the meaning of “good karma!”

By overcoming and getting out in the rain and walking through nature, you will cleanse and heal the soul. If you could just take some time to be still, listen to the rain falling on an umbrella, this will give you a great sense of achievement.

On our walk this morning I was struck by the natural beauty. It's a reminder that no matter what the challenges are, nature will follow the seasons of change and growth. So what can we learn from nature.......need I say more?! Go well.

There will be people that come into our consciousness that will upset our equilibrium, our energy. I invite you to take a moment and stand direct with the ground and focus on sending the negative energy back down to earth. Enjoy that feeling when your shoulders melt away from your ears and a new sense of grounding comes through.

We can feel we are on the right path, that is until we meet a padlocked gate. It's at that gate we need to then review our choices and make a decision whether to continue on that same path or indeed change direction.
