If you’re wondering whether your cortisol levels are raised, you can easily measure them through a test called the Adrenal Stress Index, which we perform at Baldo & Mason. This test provides incredible awareness.

For example, Caroline used to experience strong afternoon cravings around 3 or 4pm and always assumed it was related to food.
