Round up of October 🍁🍂🎃

There's something sooo magical about autumn, feeling all the cosy vibes this year, maybe because last year I missed autumn as I was away, I'm really embracing the cal the slow down, eat comforting foods (I have a real obsession with homemade soup and cheese on toast atm) and finding excuses to romanticize all the cosiness that comes with this time of year.

It helps that it was also my birthday 😜

1. My first time at hot Pilates, was amazing but v hot 🥵

2. Morning commute sky 🌅

3. My beautiful sister on our sisters date 😍

4. The first sourdough of the year, I'm a bit rusty but I'll get there 🤤

5. Evening commute sky 🌄

6. Gorgeous birthday flowers in my gorgeous birthday vase

7. Birthday spa day and getting stuck into a good book 💆🏼‍♀️

8. More birthday treats 😆

9. Our wonderful neighbors bought us these stunning flowers as a welcome home gift 🥹

10. Had to get back in the pod at 🥵😍

11. Pumpkin patch was a must 🎃

12. My latest obsession 🥣🧀

Moving into November, the days might be getting darker but I'm using it as an excuse to slooooowww down and embrace rest 💆🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️

Nourishment isn’t just what’s on your plate, (although that is of course super important)

It’s how you move, how you rest, the boundaries you set, the people you spend time with, and the way you speak to yourself.

Lately, I’ve been finding nourishment in:
✨ Movement that boosts my mood
✨ Saying no (without guilt)
✨ Connecting with people, both old and new friends
✨ Trusting my gut
✨ Still, quiet moments
✨ Good sleep (so underrated!)

It’s all connected.
And the more I pay attention to these things, the more grounded I feel.

What’s been nourishing you lately? Let me know below 🧡

Currently romanticising the art of doing very little 🫶🏼 No WiFi, no plans, no 'hustle'… just this view, some deep breaths and a good book!

Turns out, peace, quiet and a good view do wonders for my energy.

What's your version of slowing down lately?

Reminder: looking after yourself doesn’t have to mean green juice at sunrise 🌞

Sometimes it’s dancing in your towel post-shower, saying no to things that drain you, or even spending the day on the beach with a pina colada 🥥 🍹

The past 9 months of travel have been full of magic, new places, people, food, and experiences I’ll never forget.

But amongst all that movement, I’ve realised how much I rely on little daily anchors to help me feel grounded.

When your surroundings are constantly shifting, routines go out the window, but I’ve found a few things that help me reconnect:

✨ Moving my body – whether it’s a hike, yoga, or just stretching after a long journey. It makes so much difference to my energy and mood.

🌿 Getting out into nature – nothing recentres me quite like being outdoors, surrounded by the beauty. One of my favorite parts of travelling has been seeing so many incredible places.

☕️ Finding small moments of ‘me time’ – a solo coffee, spending a little longer doing my skincare or eve just a quiet moment to pause and write in my journal - bit of space to just be, to rest and re-energise so I can show up with more presence.

They’re simple, but they’ve made the biggest difference.

I would love to know, what’s one habit or ritual that helps you feel grounded when life feels chaotic? ✨

I've learnt a lot about myself over the past 9 months, but maybe the biggest thing? I’m a creature of habit. I love my routines and structure… two things you don’t get much of when you’re living out of a backpack and moving to a new place every few days 🤪

Don’t get me wrong, this trip has been epic and absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. But it's also shown me just how grounding those little daily rituals can be. Without a regular routine to anchor me, these small habits have made all the difference:

✨ Movement
Without regular access to gyms or my usual yoga space, I’ve had to get creative. But moving my body, even just a short walk or stretch, shifts my mood, clears any stagnant energy, and helps me connect to myself again.

✨ Journaling
There might not be much space in my backpack, but I always make room for my journal. I keep it simple: 3 things I’m grateful for, 1 highlight from the day, and a brain dump of anything on my mind. This helps me to process the day and my thoughts.

✨ A moment to myself
That might be grabbing a quiet coffee, doing my skincare a little slower, or reading a few pages of my book. I've loved sharing this trip with my partner, and it's been so special to have this much time together but carving out solo time helps us both feel recharged and more present.

These little rituals have become my anchors in a constantly changing environment. What’s been grounding you lately? 💫

It's been a minute since I posted on here 👀

Life has been very full of exploring, new experiences, reflecting and a little bit of rest too 😆

As my partner and I are approaching the end of our year long round-the-world trip, I've been reconnecting with what I'd like to share here. And what I keep coming back to is nourishment, in movement, in food and in mindset.

Having this space away from the usual pace has really allowed me to tap into what actually feels good, and what brings me joy and I'd love to share some of that with you 💗

You'll see a bit more from me again soon: travel updates and reflections, easy wellness practices, yoga (of course) and maybe even some nourishing recipes - the little things that help me stay connected to myself even while living out of a backpack.

Thank you for still being here, I'm excited to catch you up on what the past 9 months have held🫶🏼
