"Tricep pushdowns are one of my go to tricep isolation exercises. Luckily, you can do them just as easily at home as you can at the gym as long as you have a resistance band. Simply attach the band to the top of a door and itโ€™s pretty much the same. With both exercises you should bend slightly forward, keep your elbows at your sides, and use a full range of motion, making sure you get a nice squeeze in your tricep at the peak if the contraction.

Shoulder Press workout by Adam ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช

"Perhaps you have heavy enough dumbbells to do shoulder presses at home. If you donโ€™t, resistance bands work very well for these. You can do them seated in a chair, on your knees, or standing if your resistance band reaches that high. Performing them standing or on your knees requires more core to stabilize compared to seated.
โ €โ €
However you decide to perform your shoulder presses, you should focus on keeping your forarms in line with your shoulders and bringing your arms below 90 degrees to fully engage your shoulders. A common mistake on these is only bringing the arms down to parallel. The lockout portion of the movement uses mostly triceps. Your shoulders are more engaged at the bottom half of the rep. If youโ€™re stopping at parallel, youโ€™re not fully stimulating your shoulders.

โ–ถDeficiencies have been associated with depression, memory deficits, fatigue and infertility.

โ–ถPlants do contain Omega-3s, but again they are found only in their precursor form called Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and they must be converted to usable Omega-3s EPA, DPA and DHA.

๐Ÿ’ก Did you know?
โ†ชThe problem with trying to obtain Omega-3 Fatty Acids from plants is that this conversion of ALA to EPA and DHA is exceedingly poor.
โ†ชIn one study that involved the feeding of 30 grams of ALA-rich flax seeds, there was zero increase in EPA and DHA levels. Flax seeds can also cause serious GI upset and they are known to be endocrine disruptors.
