"Tricep pushdowns are one of my go to tricep isolation exercises. Luckily, you can do them just as easily at home as you can at the gym as long as you have a resistance band. Simply attach the band to the top of a door and itโs pretty much the same. With both exercises you should bend slightly forward, keep your elbows at your sides, and use a full range of motion, making sure you get a nice squeeze in your tricep at the peak if the contraction.
