We are back next Wednesday at West street erith family hub for any dads within the borough.

It’s great to give yourself a little time to reset and connect with others, we do this at our weekly men’s walk&talk group meeting Tuesday 10am next to the Duke of Wellington statue opposite the Bank of England

Bexley dads get down this Wednesday 😊

Men don’t have to suffer in silence.

Refilling the Well – Proper Blokes Club is a FREE programme delivered by Bexley Business & Employment as part of Trailblazers.

Through wellbeing workshops and group walks, we support men to build confidence, improve mental wellbeing and take steps towards employment.

⚠️ Eligibility: You must be unemployed and living in the London Borough of Bexley to take part.

This is a safe space. Just ordinary blokes walking, talking and supporting each other.

Another brilliant walk&talk down at Team Eastbrookend country park

Meeting every Sunday 10am at Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room for any lad that fancy’s it.

We also had a couple of special guest join us not only the mayor of Barking&Dagenham but also a lad called Rob Stockil who’s walking the entire England, the Wales coastline for CALM.

Please go check out he’s amazing journey he’s done 800miles so far! Truly inspiring 💙

Had the pleasure of joining our new Team Snodland walk tonight led by the amazing Paul (that’s not he’s magician name he’s just a top bloke 😂)

He’s been leading the walk
For a year now and we will be helping him promote the group and hopefully bet more lads joining

The sessions are free and for any many who fancy’s a stroll, release some stress or just meet new people

They walk every Thursday 6:30pm meeting outside Snodland train station 🚉
