I've been quiet on here for sometime, actually I've been quiet almost all year as I really needed this time to strategise and manage this page whole being a fulltime mom with a part-time community job and serving on a few committees as well.

Yet I've still very much remained tuned in, silently participating and listening and interacting and now its time to announce that I've been moving my sleep brand in a new direction. With a patent currently pending and a couple registered designs I am excited to formally move the brand to alternative therapies. Our new products - which some of you will be aware of, thanks to yiur feedback in our testing phases, will be backed by science and certified as Medical devices.

So watch this space as 2025 sure looks great from here. So very grateful that I get to do this, create a movement which I truly believe in 🙏🏽. Better sleep naturally, for wherever life takes you. Join me.

So pleased to announce that I am part of the Immerse Catalyst 2024 cohort!

This accelerator is designed to cater to established founders as they seek to scale their business to success.

It'll be over 9 weeks and 30 or so of us will participate in a wide range of masterclass sessions, benefit from mentors, resources, and a network of investors.

I am really looking forward to seeing these other fantastic entrepreneurs on this cohort to share ideas, support other business owners and really build connections.

Happy World Afro Day beautiful souls! Yes, that's her natural hair colour, and she's now 5!

She's the inspiration behind Sleepgoddess and I started the journey when she was nearly 2! It was her short fiery red dry afro with bald spots and me not knowing how to care for the beautiful but challengi h texture which led me to use vegan silk in her crib and buggy to provide slip and prevent dryness. 4 years later here we are... Thriving hair health and a diverse beauty sleep wellness brand.
