*Sunday Sessions
Treatments are designed to turn down the volume, nurture your nervous system and help your body to sink into a blissful letting go.

The space is warm and tranquil, the lighting low. I accompany your session with an ambient soundtrack, and essential oils chosen by you.

There is water and herbal tea on arrival and an open conversation about what you need from the session.

My techniques draw from holistic massage/deep tissue/ miafacial release/energy healing/ sound therapy/ reflexology

Visited the Rudolf Steiner House. Wish I could recreate this vibe as a therapy room. The paint technique used is called Lazure, applied in the movement of the infinity sign using pastel colours. I did some unsuccessful experiments during lockdown, probably should have spun the paint into a vortex under a waxing moon 🙃♾️
