This is how my client achieved pain free & injection free periods and clear skin😊⬇️

My Client has been on one of my programs for almost two months now. My client’s major concerns were severe menstrual cramps, constant hair fall and persistent acne flare ups.

⏺️She consulted a lot of dermatologists for her acne , a few gynecologiststs for her severe menstrual cramps. She was put on isotretinoin without even getting her blood work done and Oral contraceptives for her period pain. Her acne flare ups kept coming back every time she stopped taking isotretinoin. No life style changes were recommended.

This is what we did differently ⬇️

👉🏼After checking her medical history & blood reports, We took a personalised holistic approach to treat not just her symptoms but also find the cause of her symptoms. We took into account of every small thing from her sleep & diet to her stress, mental and physical wellbeing.

During our telephonic conversations, As her symptoms improved & the results started to show up.. this is what she told me, In her own words,” i feel there could be so many things that might be triggering it but don’t know which one. I have tried all sorts of creams and consulted 7-8 different dermatologists. Nothing helped.. I love looking in the mirror now. My mum and friends can’t help but notice that my acne flare up has cleared up and my skin is glowing. My energy levels have improved, I have a very productive 45 mins of morning session where Earlier I used to feel early morning sleepiness even after having a 7-8 hours of sleep but now I feel fresh & able to have a productive study session. My quality of sleep has improved and most importantly, I feel good. As a allopathic doctor, its so hard for me to believe. I was in shock that I finally have no pain. I had lost all my hopes. I thought I would have to live with this pain all through out my life. It’s my 10 year dream come true & the best birthday gift for my 25th birthday."

Food is a part of celebrating cultures, it’s much more than the labels of good, bad, calories, carbs, protein, fat and all the stress that these labels bring along and yet so many people treat food as their enemy.

How many times you have been told that eat this and not that, certain foods are good but others are bad..

labelling food as good and bad can dramatically change your relationship with food.

Remember we all are unique and different and so are our bodies, in the end what works best for you might not work the same way for another person..

Eating healthy is not about fad diets, restricted eating & elimination. It’s all about finding what works best for you. Eating a diet rich in plants is indeed better but eating a diet rich in ultra processed vegan food ain’t.

Ultra processed foods are loaded with additives, artificial flavours, artificial colours, preservatives and so on..

So just because a product is vegan, it’s doesn’t necessarily become healthy, In the end it all comes down to the ingredients used in any product.

Reading food labels is one way to understand what you’re putting into your body.
