I will now be taking a break for the Christmas holidays and will return on 5th January 2026.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me this year in helping me help others, it truly means so much.

To all my past and current clients, thank you for trusting me and choosing me as your counsellor.
It is a real privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

I have been completely blown away by the kindness and generosity of my clients and their families, thank you so much for all the beautiful Christmas cards, pictures and gifts. They have been very much appreciated.

I look forward to welcoming you back in the new year with some exciting changes coming for 2026!

As we come to the end of this year and begin to step into a new one, it’s natural to pause and reflect.

For some, this year may have brought growth and moments of pride.
For others, it may have felt heavy, challenging, or simply exhausting.

Wherever you find yourself right now, please know this:
✨ You don’t need to have it all figured out.
✨ You don’t need to rush into “new year, new you”.
✨ Healing and growth happen at your own pace.

The new year doesn’t have to mean pressure or change overnight. Sometimes it’s simply about creating space… space to breathe, to feel safe, and to begin again gently.

🌿 Important Update – Session Fees 🌿
I wanted to share an important update with you.
All of my current clients have now been informed of my change to fees, effective from 1st January 2026.

My new session fees will be:
• £40 – Children under 10 years
• £45 – Young people aged 10–16 years
• £50 – 16 years+

This change reflects the continued training, supervision, and care that go into providing a safe, supportive and trauma-informed therapeutic space.

💚 What hasn’t changed is my commitment to offering compassionate, client-led support in a calm and confidential environment.
