Before and after of a pantry I worked on this week. It was on stories but just in case you missed it!
It wasn’t just this cupboard I helped move items around the kitchen into functional zones.
Most of these jars can be purchased via and boxes are handwritten labels by Thank you!
Thanks (again!) for asking me to help you.

What is important to you? I’ve been using this to help me lately.
It’s especially helpful for mental clutter. Anything that’s weighing on you, ask yourself how important is this? Use it to prioritise what needs doing.
It works well for decluttering physical items too.
What’s been important to you lately?
My mental health has been mine, so switching off over the weekend to recharge. I then picked the most important things to help me prepare for my week.
As it was mental health awareness day on Saturday I hope this helps you as it has me.
Have a great week. X

Kitchen goals! Swipe to see the empty jars I’ve recently bought.
How much do you think all the jars in the second photo cost? There are 12 in total.
A. £105 B. £60 or C. £75 all very reasonable in a kitchen project😊
I’m helping clients to get this look in their kitchens. You can change up the labels too if you prefer hand written styles. Main photo 📷 . I love it!
Happy to help you in your kitchen too. Have a lovely weekend.

Just in case you need reminding this weekend.
Part of keeping your house organised and decluttered is reducing the flow of items in.
If you are making internet purchases today then ask yourself (especially if it’s reduced) would I buy it full price? If the answer is no then don’t buy it.
Do you really need it?
If you are replacing an old or broken item, are you going to get rid of the old one? Try not to keep duplicates.
Instead of making lots of purchases today why not do a little declutter project? One drawer, a shelf? It’ll make you feel good.
The children and I are selling some of their toys on eBay. It exciting for them to make some pocket money and motivates them to let go of things they don’t use. Have you sold things to help motivate you to declutter?
Whatever you are up to have a lovely Sunday. Kristy x

Is this you?
Don’t worry it’s easy to rectify. Take your time and slowly sort through it.
Only have in both your bathroom and wardrobe things you actually love and use.
Be ruthless! The space you gain back will be so rewarding and freeing.
As you go through the process, take note of the things you don’t use and don’t make the same mistakes again.
Buy what you know suits you and that will last.
Do you pick up freebie toiletries? Do you pick up hotel miniatures? Do you try new products and then they don’t suit you? What keeps coming into your home that you don’t need? I’d love to know.
This post is inspired and adapted from the opening of the book by called Minimal. It has some great tips on simplifying and living a more sustainable life. Definitely worth a read.
I’m here to help if you need me.

Did you know that the average person only wears 20% of their wardrobe?!
I saw this photo on Have you heard of project333? It’s a challenge to wear only 33 items (including shoes) for 3 months. I think more people probably achieved that in full lockdown (and probably even less than 33) by accident!
Whether you want to try this or not it gives food for thought. How many items in your wardrobe do you actually wear? If you haven’t worn something in (I’d usually say a year but due to COVID-19) say 2 years then why not move it on?
Why do you wear the items you chose most? If that’s what you feel best in, then you could use this knowledge to help with future purchases.
An exercise like project 333 or just being honest in evaluating your wardrobe will help you get more enjoyment out of your clothes and avoid that feeling of ‘I have nothing to wear’ because actually we do! We just don’t like it or know how to style it!
How many items have you honestly worn from you wardrobe this week? Can you get rid of some?
I can help you declutter your wardrobe. DM me for help

Before and after a bathroom declutter & organise over zoom! I love the results. See stories/highlights for more...
This involved 3 parts. An initial zoom, 2nd shorter session for sharing of ideas/plans, and a final appointment. In between products were ordered and delivered.
I hand drew a plan from the photos and dimensions to help visual the look (on stories and highlights). We used long thin storage in the corner (hidden in the photos) for less often used items.
I sent the client visuals to get an idea of the look we wanted to achieve. Inspiration from book!
Turn tables are being used for regular use items, fabulous recycled plastic white storage with bamboo lids for larger items like hair tongs and extra stock items.
I can help you transform your bathroom too! In person or over zoom.

Do you remember this? The massive queues at Sainsbury’s?! My amazing husband managed to get one for me back then. It was about £5 or £6, if I remember rightly. He worked a bit out of London and I asked if he tried his (hopefully) quieter Sainsbury’s he might get one. He (I) was lucky!
This is an item in my cupboard that sparks joy for me due to the back story, what it symbolised (back then yes not using plastic bags but also having a designer bag so cheaply, and how we manage to get one!). I could have sold it then and made money. I could sell it now and make money. But I won’t, I love it and it’s useful.
Have you got an item with a story behind it that you don’t want to declutter?
When this came out it was 2007! And do you know what have now? A NEW bag out that is called ‘I AM a plastic bag’ made from recycled bottles. A bit more than £6! I would like one😜
Finally did you know that 90,000 bottles are purchased every 6 seconds worldwide. Absolutely shocking. If you think you might be thirsty when you go out. Why not take a reusable bottle with you😊
