Thought I would do a little reintroduction now I am easing back into things on here 👋🏻 My name is Emma and I am a new mum to Annie who is now 6 months ❤️ I am a Registered Nutritionist RNutr with a masters degree in human nutrition and extra training in women’s health and weaning. I love to cook and I am super passionate about easy, healthy meals for the whole family. Sadly, this loss is so common yet most women feel incredibly scared and alone during this journey. Baby Loss Awareness Week aims to break the silence around baby loss and help women feel supported in remembering their 👼🏼

This is a cause that is all too close to my heart so I wanted to share in case anyone out there is struggling, you are not alone ❤️ The week finishes with a global on Saturday at 7pm. Light a candle to remember all the little ones who were gone too soon 💫
