Support worker for children and young adults in West London!!!

Duties:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meals preparation, and medication management.
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
- Teach life skills e.g budgeting, financial literacy and cooking.

Requirements:
-Valid Enhanced DBS for children & adults. We can help in providing.
-You will share our values of Enabling, Empowering and Engaging.
-Experience of providing sensitive, person- centred support to vulnerable children.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Patience, empathy, and compassion.
_Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
_Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay £12 per hour
