Today, I’m having a bit of a rant. Please bear with me.
I’m on the verge of opening up a training on my own modality, called Core Release®
I love it so much, 💕 and offering this as a practitioner training is something I have wanted to do for soooooo long.
[Vulnerable bit alert] And yet I have found myself losing heart, and I have even delayed the launch more than once.
Why?
Because there are people out there offering trainings for £10,000 and above that claim they can help most people with most things.
They claim that there is nothing else out there that works as well.
Some of them even state “Far better than …..”
And yet, when you break them down, you find they have taken one or two techniques that are already taught in mainstream NLP or hypnotherapy trainings, and rebranded them.
(Don’t get me wrong. I know these techniques can be very potent, if used correctly in the right context.)
Do I really want to be launching my own healing modality alongside all of this?
📢 I have a LOT to say about this.
Firstly, there are many modalities that are wonderfully transformational. (I've trained in quite a few)
Healing can come in many forms, and many forms work for many people and many issues.
But here’s the thing…
😐 There are modalities that ONLY work with beliefs (or what they call limiting beliefs)
😐You have modalities that ONLY work with emotions that are trapped in the body
😐You have modalities that ONLY work with childhood trauma, or the inner child
😐You have modalities that ONLY work on energy meridians
😐You have modalities that only look at the ‘unconscious’ mind
😐You have people who only work with past lives
😐and so it goes…
And all of them can do enormous good for a person, if that is where their specific issue is rooted.
👉🏼Core Release® works in a different way.
It taps into a bigger wisdom to find out exactly where to look, rather than assuming one cause.
The healing works at the level of mind, body and spirit, at the level of our very essence, so it goes wherever it needs to.
And it’s not all as woo as it sounds. The good news is that science is catching up. 🙂✨🔬
➡ So, am I claiming it helps everyone with everything? No, of course not!
➡ Is this the only approach that works? Of course not!
➡ Are there circumstances where I would not use it? Yes, there are. Safe and ethical practice is key at all times, and that includes knowing who and what you can’t work with and when it’s in your client’s best interest to refer on, or recommend something else.
💫⭐All that said, I have been completely blown away by the results of the Soul Work, for me and for my clients.
I truly want to get it into the hands of healers, therapists and holistic practitioners everywhere, as a modality that integrates seamlessly within their existing practice and can multiply their results, taking away the need for their clients to ever have to relive, reframe or retraumatise.
I look at the sales pages for the big ticket trainings and I can understand the pull of beautifully written psychology-based sales copy.
I can completely understand the pull of the promise of the holy grail in healing and therapy.
Who wouldn’t want the thing that will help everyone with everything?
But do they really deliver this holy grail?
And so I’ve held back from promoting, for fear of coming across as arrogant, not wanting to be seen as the same, promising something that can 'fix' everything. Ugh!
But all this has done is kept this approach away from those who need it. From the therapists and healers that still have the niggling feeling that they don't quite have enough. From those who want even better results without the enormous price tag.
So it’s time to put my own fears aside (I have the tools!), and to tell it like it is.
To get this gentle and powerful healing approach into the hands of the amazing healers and therapists who already change lives, and want to do it faster and with lasting results.
